Responses from the property manager were timely. Positive: Location is very good.. quick support / response from the property manager over phone call and messages. Negative: Cleanliness of washroom and bed covers was not upto the mark! Shampoo/soap was not available.

Freezing cold bathroom/toilet with hardly any hard water during winter! Positive: The apartment is spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. Negative: The water heater was not working well. We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 children. After one person showered (after waiting for a few minutes for the hot water to come) only for a short 2-3 mins, the water became cold again. Then we waited for the next hot water, and even after waiting for 10-15 mins, it seems there was no more hot water. I don’t know how the water heating really works?! It was really uncomfortable and frustrating for only 1 person to shower at one time… especially when it’s freezing cold these days and when we have young kids. In addition, the heater did not work in the bathroom, and the flooring was cold, and it was freezing most of the time. The place where you needed heating the most did not have it. Quite a disappointment

Negative: On a retrouvé plein de déchets sous les lits (bouteilles vides, sachets de gâteaux, etc.), il y avait également des cheveux au mur. L’eau de la douche soit brûlante soit congelée.
